I imposed a no telly in the bedroom rule when we moved in together but I really miss having one and will get one when I decorate the room. I very occasionally take the laptop to bed and watch the odd thing there but it overheats so much that I'll set fire to the duvet one of these days.

You might want to google 'Laptop causes fire' and invest in one of those beanbag trays to put it on ABV. Some things are good when they get hot in bed, but not laptops.

And especially not when you have polystyrene tiles on the ceiling! I've got one of those fan docking station things but they're so heavy and I've been thinking about the bean bag trays for ages. I might get one when I get paid.

A few months ago, I went through a short period of watching old Dr Who serials on my tablet, wirelessly streaming them from my NAS drive. Trouble was, I'd be so tired that I never got to the end of an episode - so it's back to my lifetime's habit of no TV-watching in bed.

Like a good book though, although I tend to start nodding off when reading at night!

Wednesday night is film-in-bed / early-night night. So yes. I do. We have a flask of tea and a bag of popcorn from Aldi.

I usually read a chapter or two of the book I am on in bed most nights; currently reading a Lee Childs, Jack Reacher thriller.

gets put onto something i can fall asleep listening to in the evening. Dave has some good quiz show repeats that are exceptional at this
