No the only media in my bedroom is a radio and my kindle.

Only got one TV and thats in the lounge, I've got a radio alarm in the bedroom but nothing else, if I'm having a can't sleep night I'll get my MP3 player to listen to, I've got some good relaxation stuff on it.

Yes course we do. We're planning on getting a new bigger TV for the front room and taking the 32" upstairs. The 28" we've got at the moment is looking to small.

I wish I had the sense to opt for relaxing music. I'm aware of the Mozart effect, and how music can relax the body etc. from studying music at uni. However, my ipad, iPhone and iPod are full of house, electro, hiphop, Dubstep, RNB, American pop punk, emo, and sub genres of all of the above... I just seem to want to party all the time..... Hmmmm. Maybe I could learn something from here.

Probably wont though!

I have an old Binaural Beats CD, I don't think its available anymore, which has proved invaluable when I've had trouble sleeping or I've been anxious or stressed, it works very well when combined with Yoga meditation techniques.
