Does anyone make a small, neat bar bag?

I'm after exactly what's in the question, I only want something small for some light touring and to be useful on fnrttcs. Most bar bags I've seen are either covered in netting bags and superfluous flaps, or are eye-wateringly expensive for a glorified small camera bag (I'm looking at you Ortleib, despite the greatness of your big, dry saddlebags)

I have looked at the carradice zipped roll, which looks ideal, but not sure if the width will play nicely with sora equipped bars.... Similarly the VO baguette, which I can't find in the UK at the moment.

any ideas?

I use the topeak Tri bag, which is a little bag that sits on the top tube behind the stem/steerer:-

This is big enough for wallet, phone, keys, change, some nitrile gloves, a couple of energy bars and a camera.

I use one from Bell (Asda sells for under a tenner, got mine from Walmart in the US )

Is fine for days when I don't want a back pack - takes a lock, phone, wallet, sunnies...not the prettiest but very easy to fit and remove. Goes on my hybrid (but does cover up the rhs gear indicator) or my road bike (SRAM shifters)

I also use a seatpack for other stuff - I am a woman and don't travel that light
