Excellent choice! I drink really weak lemon or blackcurrent squash with a small teaspoon of salt and sugar added as well. A litre and a half for fifty miles works for me but I tend to have a couple of coffees at a half way break too. I keep a KitKat for the last ten miles.Porridge and a couple of rounds of toast.
