Do those reports have to come from different witnesses or will they act if it's from the same person? I'm thinking they might think the one person is a "busybody" or has a personal vendetta against the speeding offender.

The reports have to come from different parties; they help the Police to build a picture of the driver's behaviour. I understand that the vehicle gets a marker against its reg and can be stopped if seen by a car equipped with ANPR. Lancashire Police have told us this and encouraged us to use the system. Our local beat officer has recently served a "Section 59" notice on two scooter idiots who were making life hell in our street. We haven't seen them since.

More shocking is the number of people on here that can readily and expertly identify the smell of dope. Junkies.
Stands out a bit. When there's muck spreading going on you can tell, doesn't mean you like the stuff!

It's a usual giveaway as to who,s smoking weed when you walk through town on a freezing cold day. It's usually the case of the bedroom window wide open to let all the fumes out!
