Drying bike with hairdryer

I don't see why not, I have often proved after a heavy shower that a bike makes a good hairdryer, so why shouldn't the reverse be true?.

I will admit to not owning a hair dryer,3 mm convict cut due to wearing a hard hat at work makes any hair do a waste of time,

As above - I use a mini leaf blower.

Very fast and gets every last drop of water out of the nooks and crannies.

I have dried my chain off with my heat gun and to warm it up prior to lubricating it with Chain-L.

Although I said the leaf blowers I am lucky enough to have a compressor in the workshop, so tend to use this if I want to dry the bike.

Never used a hairdryer, don't have much use for one! Though we did used to use a compressor to clean pc's when that was my job....
