Someone'll buy it, and no doubt make it into a perfectly adequate knockabout fixie. Good luck to him, if he can get £200 for it.

I probably wouldn't BUT the seller actually seems to know his stuff and I'm sure he's been recommended on here before

Anyone selling Surly and Salsa frames must have some idea as to what makes a decent bike. I've looked at his site before when considering an extracycle conversion.

Indeed. 99.9% positive feedback and 5 of the 6 negatives (out of nearly 3,500) in the past 12 months were from one person.

it looks very like a Byercycles cromo frame, they're seeling them new at £179 right now.

I was watching some 105 STI's on e-bay and, out of curiosity, found the sellers online shop as well. Buying direct would have saved nearly 10% as there was free postage as well. Can only assume they were marking up to cover e-bay and paypal charges

do you know what Chromoly is ?

look it up and find out . You might change your mind .

In the trade it is known as 'gas piping' because it is as heavy and thick as steel gas piping.ie its the cheapest tubing available;) not even as good as 501 (wots 501 I hear you ask )

if I had £180 to spend on a frame I wouldn't buy that chromoly no-name rubbish made in Tiawan for £25.00 I'd spend it on one of these for £114
http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/productdetail.asp?productcatalogue=RIBBFRAR250
or these £130

http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/productdetail.asp?productcatalogue=RIBBFRAR450

or how about a really light alloy with carbon stays for £160

http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/productdetail.asp?productcatalogue=RIBBFRAR350

or either of these Tifosi frames which are both lighter superior and cheaper.

And 'gas pipe' refers to bog standard High Tensile tubing, not ChroMo.

I can't help noticing that Peanut slags off the steel track frame with rack mounts, and says he'd buy one of a few other frames. None of which have track ends or rack mounts. Hardly comparing like with like...

I'm sure that your post would be of interest if it made any sense ?

If you rewrite it in English with a bit of judicious punctuation I'll attempt to respond to your critism of my opinion.

The local roads have been being dug up recently to replace the gas main.

Looked like yellow plastic to me........

yes well I can see who might be stupid enough to pay £200 for a no-name rubbish frame

but then I know you are just trolling so I'll set you to ignore so I don't have to read your drivel anymore
