Like everyone else in the UK resident outside Scotland, it has nothing to do with me.

It is purely the business of people LIVING in Scotland.

Nothing to do with me, Sean Connery, Rod Stewart, Jackie Stewart, Ewan MacGregor or Billy Connolly to name a few.

I think you'll might find it has quite a lot to do with you. And aren't Sean Connery et all entitled to an opinion?

You'd of thought Dave would be happy with a Yes vote as without the Scottish labour vote we'll have nothing but a conservative government for the foreseeable future.

As long as the price of whisky doesn't go up I couldn't give a toss either way.

Key is that they should be able to decide.
How it goes for them can be argued both ways. If they don't feel part of what they are in, or bitter towards it then better to be on their own. But if they can accept some truth in the "better together" case then better to stay.

How it affects us is really the issue for us south of the border, and this is particularly an issue for the Westminster government. Without the Scottish seats labour is sunk. We then are left with a government that is permanently left in the hands of one party. One arrogant and mean party.

Our system requires a party to be able to command half the seats. Differing views within a party combine until this is achieved. Over time there must be some change in the party layout as factions within the tories are not tolerated and the party re sets itself. Perhaps a far right splinter or a more central LibDem-Light Blue party. Perhaps Lab-Libdem.

On the plus side we can stop changing the clocks.

For that reason, I'm hoping Ed and Prezzer will work some magic.
If they can that'll be the first time in their lives!!!!!!!

What about the rest of the Ukers? Do we they get a chance to blow England out and join with our heroic pioneering Scottish colleagues?
They you can vote for a nationalist/ independence party at the next election who if successful could try to form a union with Scotland.
Although that does seem to defeat the point of independence....
