Eurostar - Booking Bicycle without telephone or going to St Pancreas

Has anyone any experience of contacting Eurostar by email to book bicycle on train - there is no option on the online booking and im a bit deaf -
telephone bookings are not easy for both myself or the the booking person


just tried the baggage email but it looks like both paris and london reciepients are on holiday till wednesday

What I'd do in your position is to bag the bike up and carry it on as hand luggage. Not really a goer for a touring bike, as you'd need to get mudguards off, but fine for a road bike. Wheels off, pedals off, seat down, in a bag.
Job's a good'un.

Managed to crack the phone lines - actually quite good very helpfull

But disciovered that the bike carriage service is a seperate organisation - "eurodispatch" if you are doing this best to check with them (08705 850850) about availability before booking

early trains at the weekend are a problem - first trains they "load" are around 8am (mine is at 0525) - my solution will be to take bike down to london on the thursday before - £20 for bike £12 for each piece of luggage to max 30kg

interestingly it was cheaper to travel first class on eurostar - some quirk of availability
