Sounds like you need to cut yourself some slack hackbike.
You obviously loved Wiggins very much and for 10 years you gave her a wonderful life. Lots of love and care and a rich and full life. No cat could possibly ask for more.
Do you think Wiggins would want you to feel the way you do now ? she would want you to be at peace and move on . Try and remember all the good times you had together in those 10 years , its what Wiggins would have remembered.
You should have another cat Hackbike in memory of Wiggins. Perhaps an older rescue cat. Give that little cat every bit of effection that you would be giving Wiggins .There are so many cats out there without a loving home and warmth and affection. Some that have been abandoned ,some whose owners have suddenly passed away. Do it in memory of Wiggins
A very kind person once said to me the following . Whenever I feel sad about losing one of my cats I read this and it helps me see things in perspective again.
One cat saved is as valuable to that one cat as saving the whole world, you have saved the whole world for it as far as it is concerned.
One victim at a time and one day at a time.

"Wiggins" Died September 28 1999 (1730). "adopted" me in 1989.Feel I let her down even to this day.A few days before I took her round the vets as she wasn't eating (It was a sunday September 26 1999).On the Monday night I took a picture of her but didn't notice at the time her body wasn't at a right posture. On the Tuesday morning she was nowhere to be found.I went into my kitchen and the light turned on automatically (as setup by me) I heard a faint meow from the garden.I had a strange feeling about this one and went out in the garden.I found her lying down half paralysed.Brought her in and laid her on the bed then put her on a chair.Went to work.(How stupid was that)....Was driving a train through Raines Park and burst into tears (another driver said he would report me he said if I didn't pull myself together)(fair enough) I knew it was over.(It's very rare I do that). She was put down on Tuesday September 28 1999.I have never forgiven myself for it so I don't feel inclined to get another cat.

Harry was neglected and was in a bad way went he went into the rescue, his owner made it clear that they wanted shot of him, he was underwieght, his fur was a mass of tats, they had been dragging a comb through it to clear the tats
at the finish it had to be cut off and he was a nervous wreck, he's now developed into a gentle loving piggy who loves classical music
