I'm not lynching anybody but I really don't know what MSG are trying to achieve here. And someone, in their defence, said it was like the wobbly bridge over the Thames. But they mended that without saying caveat emptor and go away. And MSG allegedly went for mitigation (full settlement minus the costs and distress incurred by 53-11's parents) just before the court case. Correct. It was only after the challenge from a CC member that the OP named them, though others already had a good idea who it involved. And that was months into the affair. And MSG have questions to answer. Or whatever reputation they've earned takes a steep fall.
