Clean shaven, every time...
2 years ago, one of my team though he'd look really cool with a goatee. I thought he looked daft and, because I'm a decent sort of chap, I grew one myself so he could see what they looked like.
A week later, at the Christmas party, a female colleague who I hadn't seen for a month or so came up to me and said "What are you doing with that on your face? Your mouth now looks like my tw**".
It had the desired effect, though, the other guy shaved it off the next day although the young girl never did prove her assertions.
Don't grow a goatee.
I'm pretty bald, when I do grow a beard, it just seems to give the wags an opportunity to ask if I've put my head on upside down. Oh, how I laugh.
Still, it'll be nice when you shave it off. You will look 10 years younger and the itching will disappear instantly.

Either a big full beard but no tache..... Amish style, or no beard and a massive porno tache. Goatees are for goats and scrotes.
Full beard. Don't mess around with fashion accessories like a goatee.
Problem is if you keep chopping and changing, then people will take the mick. Have had a beard for ten years now and it never gets mentioned because everyone is used to it, in fact, most have never seen me without it...
