Highland Park. a peaty single malt. Hic!

Talisker. With one ice cube (wouldn't want to drown it).
Glenmorangie is my preferred tipple (it's a single malt). Though also do like Glenfiddich and Crown Royal (Canadian Whisky)
I've heard that yer real whisky buff insists on a splash - just a splash. (Anything else is strictly verbotten. Anything fizzy = execution.)ICE????
These distillers employ a little old man whose job is to get the whisky to the peak of perfection, ensuring just the right amount of everything goes into the bottle and you add ice?
Next someone will be along telling us they add water, or something fizzy!![]()
If it had been five years ago and 12 year old Canadian Club, I'd be coming round yours to collect. 25 year old, man, they must have had to hire someone to kick them..12 years ago, three days before Christmas, I was finishing work just after midnight, stabling the train in the sidings when i came across a "suspicious" package.
Can I put a word in for the Irish? Bushmills, Tullamore Dew, Black Bush and, the last one I had, Redbreast.
As to water, I never seemed to add the 'correct' amount to make said magic happen, so I quit.
And mine's a Bruichladdich Rocks.
