Last summer I lost a stone in weight, dropped my waist size down to a 34 and brought some 34 waist trousers. Over the Xmas holidays I haven't worn any of the 34 waist trousers, but tomorrow I go back to work and my work trousers are a 34 waist, so I think I might need a shoe horn or two tomorrow morning when I get dressed.

5kg to lose to get back to where i was mid December 2011, before i can carry on with the goal of getting to 90Kg. Christmas pudding. beer, copiuos amounts of alcohol and sweet stuff conspired against me over the last 3 weeks or so. the ride in against the wind was not fun today after two weeks of not really being on the bike except for a 20 miler between chrimbly and mahoganay.
