Blew apart any chance of a Gold Standard for me in today's Ride of the Falling Leaves, despite perfect weather (again). Legs leaden on every climb (and there's a lot on that ride).
Anyway, did the long ride (70 miles) in 4.11:31. If you did it and you're still at the club, I'm the fella shouting at the telly because we're playing the Satanists.
