@Tom B these are not Roubaix material - they've arrived & seem well made, size large fits my 36" waist, 5`11" height nicely.

Yes and no. LifeCycles Leeds closed a couple of months ago for the second time under that name. It looks to have re-opened under the trading name ProperBikeShop.
