I'm bailing folks, have gradually built the mileage up and did 40 miles on Wednesday, the last 5 or 6 nearly one handed due to left arm pain. Strangely the wrist wasn't the bad bit it was the elbow again and is still swollen this morning. Not impressed but also don't know how much may be due to riding too soon or my sodding around with bars position.
It's getting close to crunch decision time, further elbow surgery, invest in a 'bent' or, if I'm really unlucky, both. Should I feel guilty about comparing the prospect of having an elbow cut open to riding a bent?
