Can I tentatively put my name down for this one please, struggling to find reasonble train ticket prices at the moment, Chiltern seem to have abandoned the five quid specials occuring at FNRttC friendly times. Promise I'll let you know in plenty of time, I just don't want to miss out.

You've got to go, you haven't been for ages.

The cheapest fare I can find at the moment from Whitstable is £12.80 single to Victoria, or £17.35 to St Pancras, changing for the fast link at Faversham. This is with a network railcard.

Groupsave + railcard is cheaper. £38.80 for four into Victoria.

Can you use a railcard with Groupsave? It thought it was one or the other?

I assumed 3BM meant his fare from home to the start? The groupsave thing has usually worked out with the trains back to London.

I've made the usual arrangments with the Watefront. Andy's Cafe in Rochester will be serving cheese and ham sandwiches, cake, tea and coffee.

It's a bit more complicated than that...
Does anyone know what trains back to London would be like for a tandem? It does separate.
