No, that's the set with charger and batteries. There's only one version of the V1.

Here is the other version without charger and rechargeables

They also sell the charger version here

It's a bit more complicated than that...
I know it's too late for the OP, but if anyone else is only doing one night ride, don't look much further than this:

At a fiver (the price I paid) they're a bargain. At two quid - get half a dozen. They're not really bike lights because the beam isn't shaped to illuminate the road rather than the world, but they're extremely bright and with a handful of AAA batteries will last several nights.

If you're doing a number of rides, of course, then the only sensible way to go is with a dynamo hub.

Even cheaper, at £1.50 a pop.

OK having spent an evening going through ALL your recommendations, for which many thanks, I've finally gone with the "Hope Vision 1"
(£64 from Evans was cheapest)

I'll take a couple of sets of spare AA's so I can keep it on full power if I want all night
And I'm taking a head torch as well
Have you got some spare battery holders? Makes changing batteries a doddle.

So if anyone else is after a decent light for the DD then it's the Winstanley site to buy from.
Highest spec for the lowest price

A good price for sure, though i would prefer to use a better charger than that?

By the way, does anyone know if the Vision 1 is about to be upgraded or (hope not) discontinued? As there seem to be some serious offers around. Wouldn't be overly surprised if it was the latter possibility - trend of cycling companies getting rid of perfectly good stuff to upsell us all.

FYI - Winstanley have bumped up the prices overnight. Evans is now cheaper.

Luckily I had Evens do the price match before Winstanley bumped up the price, so result is I got it from Evan for £56!

So the ultimate DD lighting system seems to be:

A Hope Vision 1 light
With the rechargeable batteries and charger
With a spare (or 2) battery holder, pre-loaded with a set of batteries of your choice (rechargeables or conventional AA's)
A set of spare batteries as back up
