I initially thought the view would be sufficient to find the place. What was the anagram?

Lovely pic.For a long time I thought that "This is not a clue" might be a take on Ceci n'est pas une pipe. Eventually I figured that the "b" must be included in the anagram having searched place names throughout every possible county, and finally the non-clue made sense.
I've had this one ready for a while. There's plenty to help in the image, so no clues yet:

Don't leave it too long - I've got a clue lined up!The new picture is great but my phone is too small and my eyesight too poor to see it properly. I will take another look when I am using my laptop.
