Hi Guys

Just ordered a bike from this site and wondered if anyone had used them, good/bad experiences?

Read a few reviews and a bit anxious now.

Ordered stuff from them online in the past and no issues. Also been into the shop once as they are the supplier of our club kit. I think they might be moving or re-fitting at the moment, not 100% on that but heard somebody say something on a recent club run.

I have brought lots off stuff from Bike+ which is the touring/commuting arm of GB cycles, excellent service every time.

@Sittingduck is right, they are merging the two physical shops GB and Bike+. In their newsletter they said that this might have a short term impact on deliveries.

Good good. Read a few bad reviews and started to get a bit worried but just got a call from them to say bike is being dispatched.

Seem like nice friendly guys

Was a nice shop...especially for Bianchisti...I'll have to check out the new one when I'm mobile again

The Bike+ store had gone down hill a bit. Seems to make sense GB moving in to it. Will pop in when they are settled. The only thing that puts me off a bit is they are evangelical about Italian frames and Campag.

You will be fine, been around for years.

I think most of the negative reviews were based around servicing of bikes rather than orders.
