mrs Jeez tells me that the little plastic balls in these types of soaps (often bath soap with similar abrasive qualities) is all gathering at the bottom if the sea and confusing the fishes for sand. Although their scales do feel wonderful and smooth.

Swarfega Orange contains couscous, not plastic chips. Works well IMO.

Ah, I didn't realise that existed. I was thinking of the slimy green stuff we used to use back in Shakespeare's time.

I don't use golves all of the time only on really big or messy jobs. I've found the cheap ones (previously purchased from Aldi for around £5 a box) are ok but can rip very easily. I've just bought a box of Black Mamba gloves and although are 4 times the price are excellent and much tougher. I'll use these in the future.
