Just been out to http://www.the-bike-warehouse.com/ in Gillingham, Kent to pick up my sons first cycling club jersey for his up and coming 7th birthday.
Was greeted with smiles, but wasn't jumped on as soon as I stepped through the door,
when we couldn't find the size we wanted one of the shop staff got the box out to find the right one, and said if it wasn't right, to just bring it back and swap it no probs.
I also picked up a couple of kids aurora cycling gloves, then when we came to pay the jersey was half price as it is the boys first one, and he took a couple of quid off the gloves just because....
l may just go out of my way to shop there again
