Good satnav app?

Wasn't sure where to put this! I'm looking for a good turn-by-turn cycle satnav app. I'm assuming there must be one that some people use? I have a bar mount for my iPhone but a turn by turn with audio would be great so I could have one headphone in and keep the phone in my backpack. Is it worth just plumping for a car satnav app and using that?

Theres the tomtom app (free by other means), the cycling app just show gps rather give voice actions

Bike hub - very good but do check route before hand, I've been sent down bridal paths and over closed railway crossings in the past.

What I normally do is draw route on Endomondo and follow that with the app - I use Bike hub if I haven't planned anything and get lost!
