re Glympse - it may be the version I have but the longest you can let it run is 4 hours. So you need to keep remembering to extend it. This may seem like an easy task: remember to do a simple thing at least every four hours. I don't find it at all easy.

I think that is the Express version you have loaded. The full version, it's 12 hours.

Why not use Google Maps, 'share your location feature'! I use it all the time so my wife can see where I am when running/cycling.
