About 15 minutes in "there's some great research that suggests that having all the best packed-out gear possible in the time trial, about 40k or so in a wind tunnel with a highly and super-fit athlete - an endurance athlete - if you give him all the best Aero equipment out there, you might be able to shave off five to six minutes of the 40k. If the person goes and - same person - same time trial, same conditions and decent bike but not fully specced out and you give him no nutrition or very poor nutrition or hydration and he might be up to 12 minutes off his time. So very significant. Making it... you can appreciate that in all the research that he has... actually a meta-analysis done time. I suggest that nutrition and hydration actually saves more time on the bike versus the best aero equipment money can buy"

Anything else you'd like to highlight? Padded out to be an hour, do you think? That seems a heck of a long video to give a few oft-given tips and back them up with results - some of which I'm doubtful of for general cycling (as opposed to racing) such as sugar drinks.
