Watched it, very poor movie apart from Brolin. If you like hammers try watching I saw the devil, not as good as Chaser or Oldboy but still^_^

Great music from Morricone. Spawned a few interesting covers too from full orchestral to The Ukulele Orchestra of Great Britain:

Morricone has to be the best score writer ever.

In the second half of that clip, the soprano performing L'estasi dell'oro was missing a certain something in her voice, although she was very good. Apart from the original by Edda Dell'Orso, the best version I have ever heard was by the stunning Susanna Rigacci. In this clip she is conducted by Morricone himself.

It gives me goosebumps every time.

(Camera is shaky to start but steadies quickly)

Puzzle game procrastinator!
“Are you sure you want to have a fight? ‘Cos I’m only going to use my thumb.“

”Thumb?”

”My right thumb. Left one’s much too powerful for you.”

[Big fight scene]

As they are leaving the bar, the other guy says to the Lieutenant Colonel... "About your daughter, sir - I want you to know that my intentions are NOW strictly honourable"!
