I know someone that's flying long distance tonight, we were arguing when onboard they should celebrate NYE based on UK time so a few hours after they leave, or when they cross a timezone and it skips forward? 🤔

Depending on which way they're flying they may be chasing New Years Eve/New Years Day, or heading for it.
