Has anyone got a link to where I can get a 16-27, 16-28, or 16-30 shimano 11 spd cassette?

For youth racing, my hardest gear can only be a 50/16. Therefore I need a 16 tooth cassette but cant seem to find ones anywhere for a reasonable price and within the UK. I raced today but I had to limit my deraillieur which is not too practical for racing. Cheers.

Forgot to mention that I like climbing, so a 16-30 would be ideal.

Back when I was a junior you were allowed to use the limit screw to blank off the smallest sprockets. I don't know if that rule still applies, however. It would be worth checking.

Because I have pretty small jumps between my casssette, you cant wind the h limit screw far enough to the 16 tooth. Most I can get to is the 15. They let me off last race but recommended I just get a 16 tooth max cassette. Im pretty sure if I went to a bigger BC race, they wouldnt be so lenient and would not let me race.

Fair enough. My junior days were when five speed blocks were still one of those new fangled inventions that we didn't need unless we had more money than sense, and the small sprocket was a 14t so you only need to skip one cog to get to the 16.

No sure if it would work with the angle the screw would be against the stop, but you could try just getting a longer screw for the rear mech hi adjustment, check what the thread the screw is and find one a bit longer, if you've managed to stop it going higher than the 15 sprocket, there's not much further to go.
This lot will have a screw you could try:

Other option, which I'm sure I did when I was racing as a schoolboy is to tighten the gear cable, probably have to actually pull it through the lock nut a bit, I doubt the adjuster will have enough travel, a little bit more work, but nothing to buy.

Most compact chainset will take a 46t 'Cyclocross' chainring instead of the 50. Could you get your gears in range that way?

46x14 is 6.90 metres development (on 23s). Just under the 6.93 limit for under 16s

You could build your cass from two or more

these are CS6800 cassette ratios
The easier 5 gears come in 2 and 3 groupings so cant be separated
11-12-13-14-15-16- (17-19)-(21-23-25)
11-12-13-14-15-17- (19-21)-(23-25-28)
11-12-13-14-15-17- (19-21)-(24-27-30)
11-12-13-14-16-18- (20-22)-(25-28-32)
12-13-14-15-16-17- (18-19)-(21-23-25)
14-15-16-17-18-19- (20-21)-(23-25-28)

You would have double up 16t and 25t to get 11 gears

doable. Ive done it to make a 14-32 cass 11 speed.
