I think it's a Galibier. Oval DT. That said it's the worst respray ever.

lol, cheers thanks for the quick reply ill check now. yup the paint jobs in a mess but the frame is sound. the previous owner failed to take care of it.

It's an Alloy frame obvs 'cos there's no rust.

Could be a Prince. Aluminium with TIG welds

The OS downtube dates to circa late 1990's - early 2000's but the headset hints towards the former. Here's a slightly later model with integrated headset.
