Welcome back.
Ahhh, bliss! Discharged from hospital, home, showered and waiting for a take-a-way curry. Life is looking good
Feeling lucky to have been in such a massive crash, suffered such serious injuries and to walk away from hospital in less than 72hrs.
*Unlike*Be warned, I will likely be around on the forum posting even more nonsense than usual!
Sounds like a long day, I was going to add keep your chin up, but I'm afraid to in case anything goes crunch.Morning world.
Thanks for all the messages, they are very much appreciated.
Still a long way to go physically. The nights are the worst, head starts aching once I lie down. Head trauma specialist said this is normal for my injury and could continue for a few weeks
Also get back ache after a while because I have to lie flat on my back with my neck brace on. After a few hours this gets very uncomfortable. Really looking forward to the day I can lie on my side again but also sure I will be sh!t scared to do so in case anything goes crunch!
This mornings painkillers are kicking in now so feeling much better after having a coffee while sat up in bed. Wife and kids are being brilliant.
Watching the news, stay warm and safe people![]()
