E-mailed them on Sunday, explaining that my 2 year old Hope Vision1 had developed a faulty switch, and asking how I'd go about returning for repair. I assumed it would have have the standard 1 year warranty, so was expecting to pay.

I got an email on Monday morning, with a returns form telling me they would repair under warranty. I posted Monday afternoon and it was returned repaired Wednesday morning.

Proper customer service. That is 2 companies I will actively seek out for products as a result; the other being Garmin. Some other companies could take a leaf out.....

Kudos to Hope.

It's brilliant. I've had a similar experience with them.

Isn't that weird. My Hope Vision 1 2013 Version developed a switch fault. They replied to my mail straight away saying they will repair under warranty. Posted tuesday so waiting for the result.

On past form it'll be back yesterday! My problem was the battery compartment seal, no charge a new one arrived 17 hours later 1st class - and I'd told them I'd bought it second hand.

They are a first-class company. A tour of the factory can be arranged for clubs and it's worth doing.

Glad it was sorted for you. Although trying to get a small rubber grommet from Garmin for my edge 510 took over 3 months and customer service was shocking till I spoke to someone with a little common sense.

I had a crack in a part of the case on one of my lights. I emailed them asking for a spare and they told me to send it back and they would repair. They did free of charge and returned it back to me in a couple of days. Excellent service I reckon, an example of how it should be done.

I broke the mounting clip on my three year old Vision One. I told them that I wanted to buy a replacement. They wouldn't take any money. A new one arrived "under warranty" within 48 hours.
