Ordered new pedals and an SD mapping card for my Garmin last week, paid extra postage to speed up the delivery and they haven't been delivered yet. This is the first stuff I've bought off them (may be the last), has anyone else suffered a frustrating wait for them to deliver?

hi paul.. i use wiggle on a very regular basis and have never had any delivery problems.. well apart from not been there when they try to deliver and having to go down to the post office next day to collect the items. infact only this week i ordered some stuff on monday night and it was delivered on wed's and that was with the free delivery option. Have you had the e mail to say that your goods have been dispatched from wiggle???

No, actually I haven't had that e-mail. I'm concerned something has gone wrong somewhere. The money's come out of the account but the acknowledgement hasn't been received.

I've probably had 3 wiggle orders made and delivered in the time you've waited - never more than a day to wait with free postage.

Have you checked your order status on the site?

Well normally you will have 2 emails.... one to confirm your order that comes through straight away when you place the order and the second comes ones the order has been processed and dispatched.. if you go on too the wiggle site and sign into your account you can chesck the status of your orders like has been said.. if your still concerned there then shud be an option to e mail them from the site about the order and they will get back to you on monday with an answer..

or 1 other possibility is one of the items has become out of stock and they are waiting for it too arrive before dispatching both.. I've had that prob with them once before i think...
Don't let it put you off using wiggle though as they are very good normally...

I placed an order with Wiggle last Sunday evening, free postage, delivered on Tuesday morning. Couldn't have been quicker if they had sent it special delivery

If they send things via Royal Mail you'll get them pretty quickly. If they use their courier, don't hold your breath.

I ordered a new saddle bag the other week. Free postage, but came in a day or two!

answer to situation revealed! I'd forgotten that I'd been made aware that the CC details with the account I have with them had expired. I informed them of the new card details as requested and assumed this would clarify everything...but apparently it hasn't! I'm a bit reluctant to re-order in case they have amended my details and I end up with two of both products!
