How can you tell if you're a snob?

I think I could be classed as a car snob

not in the way of only driving a BMW or Audi
or roller or whatever

but in that I always have to have a car that is different to those of people I know

when we last changed cars I looked and though a Hyundai would suit us well

but when I went to the showroom I noticed that I totally avoided all of them for "reasons"

I am pretty sure it was because my wife's son had one

so I had to have something different

ended up with a Honda Civic - I don;t know anyone else with a Honda and no-one in the road has one either!

I look down upon anyone who is not properly dressed in the supermarket. I must admit, I did go to Morrison's in my slippers once, by accident, but I was wearing smart trousers and shirt. And my slippers were tweed

I used to quite happily drink Gold Blend and a few other instant coffees, that weren't on the low budget end. But for the last three years of long covid, every time I've tried instant since, they're like a torture device they taste that bad!

It's not a snob thing, I get the same repulsion from a lot of ground coffee too.
