I've noticed porridge mentioned a few times, and wondered what recipe people use?
I used to love ReadyBrek when I was little, but now anything to do with hot milk just knocks me out straight away, so:
1 cup oats to 2 cups cold water, heat in a pan with a pinch of salt, stirring constantly to get it creamy (or gloopy, if you wish). For a bit of sweetness stir in some icing sugar.
