I only went into further education in order to get into Dartmouth and the Royal Navy. Having coasted and failed largely at school, I found it all rather suited me.
B. Sc. Hons in quite a tricky subject. I never did make it to Dartmouth but don't regret it too often. Best thing I did. My one regret now is time wasted at school as I would like to do my PGCE but would probably have to do GCSE maths! Oh, the irony. I have spent the last 12 weeks helping at a FE college explaining a lot of geometry and maths!
