Normal mid week or Saturday morning rides are 25 to 30 miles. Now the rugby season is over I've got my Sunday mornings back so I'll be pushing out longer rides on Sunday, up to 80 miles. The single 100 miler for RideLondon will be the highlight of the summer. I raise my hat to all regular 100 mile riders here.

I tend to keep it to around 60 miles as I can only spare 2 hours cycling at the weekend

Usually 25 - 35 miles with the occasional big one thrown in. At 61 I find that it takes too long to recover from a long tiring ride and I'd rather concentrate on quality than quantity. I really do believe that unless you are receiving professional massage and diet, riding too many miles is actually counter-productive for many older cyclists.

Commute 30 miles round trip (2 tikes a week, aiming for 4 if work commitment's allow)
Weekend ride 30-60 miles (generally around 45 at the moment
Long rides, sort of "special" rides 60-100 miles but probably only do 10 of them a year.

Longest ride 135 miles

As the majority seem to favour............in winter months I am luck to get 15 miles in.....normally 10.
This weather I push it up to 20/25.
2 weeks ago (on that nice week-end) I got a 40 in and really felt it towards the end.
Over summer I will get a couple of 20/30/40 milers in and plan to build up to a 70 miler around July.
BUT...............I am happiest just doing 25/35

I see that many of you seem to go on regular long rides of 50 miles plus. I am just wondering how far do cc riders go on a ride. Myself, I hardly ever do over 40 miles. That seems to be my mileage and I am happy with that. I did 55 miles once but I don't feel comfortable when too far away from home. Most of my outings are between 20 and 40 miles.
So, be honest and tell us how far you usually go.
Up to about 170 miles for me these days, I did used to go further, but I can't justify the time taken for anything over 200 miles in a day of late. I rarely actually intend to do the longer rides, but once I set off, they frequently 'evolve' into far longer rides than I intended.

My commute (2 or 3 days a week as I'm partly home based now) is 18.6 miles round trip
Most of my weekend bimbles tend to be around 15-30 miles

My regular ride to my parents in Norfolk is either 38 or 67 miles depending on whether I use the train to get the dullest bit of Fens out of the way! I really enjoy the full ride though and I've developed a few nice variations over the years. My hybrid is quite heavy (and I carry a shed load of stuff like binoculars, drinks, radio etc - and shoes/ clothes and provisions on the Norfolk ride). As a result, 70 miles or so feels like my limit. I do have an 80 mile day planned in July in Holland which will be a challenge!

Numbers aren't generally important to me unless they're a defined part of the ride - eg audax rides, but the sole reason I do audaxes is because I enjoy riding my bike and they're a format that suits me. As mentioned in another thread, though, I'm not interested in the points or awards side of audaxing, it's all about the quality of the route and the opportunity to spend a day (or two) out on my bike.

Typical Sunday club ride, with riding to the start and home again afterwards, is 100-120km, but the purpose of that ride is being sociable, the distance is irrelevant and will vary depending on how I feel on the day.

Midweek rides are usually no more than 30-40km, as that's the most I ever have time for.

I don't really understand the focus being the miles or the ride, really. For me, it's all about the purpose or the destinations.

You don't ever ride for its own sake? Fine if not, but for me, a day out on the bike is a pleasure in and of itself.
