How long do your tyres maintain pressure for ??

The older I get, the faster I used to be ...
Latex tubes - overnight - down to 90 or less from 110. Have often wondered how this works with the pros on long race stages. Do tubs lose pressure in the same way?

For me, its all about the valves.
If I tighten the valve stop properly and put sufficient air in then my tubes can go for a thousand miles without requiring a top up (I can prove this by the way).
Some valves will leak no matter how hard I tighten and will require a top up after a weekend ride.

I don't know how much air expands when it's warmer but it's definitely warmer than it was 2 weeks ago. I'd expect this to have some effect; whether it would be significant is another matter.

Not very much. Here's the science:

Pressure, Volume and Temperature are linked. If you increase one of them (such as temperature), one of the others has to increase too. But the temperature relationship is based on Kelvin, not Celsius. Kelvin is Celsius +273

So if the temperature increases from 10C to 20C, that's an increase from 283K to 293K. So if that happens and the volume in your innertube remains constant, the pressure increases by 293/283 ie not much at all

No tyre guage for me, just a thumb pressed into the tyre tells me everything I need to know pre ride..I dont tend to top up tyres for weeks on end, road or hybrid.
That is very old fashioned...........your supposed to kick them now
