I'm just waiting for the 3-4 mm of snow, schools closed, roads shut, dont travel!!

I am expecting the weather to be quite benign tomorrow given that The Express has forecast 100ft ice tsunami's and a 9.5 magnitude snow quake.

I'm quite looking forward to it. This is my palm tree's first snow fall since having to be moved outside due to 'him' outgrowing my flat. I've always wondered what a palm tree looks like covered in snow, Well i'm soon going to find out!!

Europe has been getting absolutely hammered over the past few days, by some very bad snow conditions. How long until we get clobbered? I give it a couple of weeks.

I can report that Esslingen is still standing, in fact it hasn't been that far out of the ordinary here

Come to think of it I've not heard from @Unkraut for a while, so perhaps Heilbronn has vanished under a snow drift...

This is going to be the coldest winter in recorded history, apparently. I’m not sure if they count the ice ages or not.
Only the current one. How far back do you think recorded history goes?!?

There was a brisk breeze this morning while walking the dog. By the end of this decade that will be a Class 13 Death Blow Slaughter Carnage Mayhem Genocide event if the Met Orifice continue their current trend. Indeed, I've heard that from next year the Met Office are planning to classify thunder storms as "The Rapture".
