Blimey, someone has clicked 51-100....
51-100 takeaway's a year? Wow!

There's a guy works for us in Kent and he probably has a take-away meal at least once a day. He drove from south coast Kent to Birmingham recently and he had to stop for a macdonalds twice - he is a big old boy mind!

i went for 100+ but in reality the figure may be just shy of that. A couple a week sounds about right...so it's definitely around a 100 a year... my local Chinese makes better food than i do. Plus it's supporting a local business innit

We've had one Chinese (last weekend) and no fish and chips at all so far this year. This is easily our lowest takeaway consumption of recent years, probably 'since records began' as they say - i.e. since we first got married and couldn't afford takeaway food.

Yes, 100+ for me.

There's a very good, healthy, home cooked Thai across the road from me. Use them once, occasionally twice a week. Plus a pretty regular Sunday evening takeaway Indian meal too. Very infrequently other stuff unless tired/desperate/pi55ed.

Never kebabs, never burgers, never fish and chips - don't like all that rubbish.

Takeaway does not necessarily mean unhealthy or poor food, or that someone that has 100+ a year is fat

The local Tandoori Express - a sort of Asian caff - is cheap, well cooked and is only a 2 onion bhajis (or 3/4 of a kebab roll) - walk away. That knocks me into the 26-50 category.

I have a Chinese take away every three weeks or so, usually on a Saturday evening. Once a year I might buy chips at a chip shop, and I have a burgher perhaps twice a year. So that is about 15 in total a year.

Don't worry about it, it's just a rich p poll devised to give the impression to us plebs that he is a bit of a gourmet. The results won't go beyond CC:thumbsup:

^_^

You never know, rich could be one of Dave's spies gathering information - this could be the basis of some new initiative to get the country healthy - rich could be the poster boy, a picture of him eating over-salted snacks and acting in an unusual manner could be enough to turn the country around.

We eat out or get take away at least once a week, though more likely to eat at the restaurant than do take away.

The nearest good fish 'n' chips to me is about 4000 miles as I've yet to find a decent chippy in the US.
