Twice since starting cycling again. First was a stupid clipless moment setting off from some lights - daydreaming and not really paying attention, set off and leaned too far right, couldn't unclip in time, over compensated and went down like a sack of spuds on my left. Mostly totally fine - impressive brusing to shoulder and knee but nothing to stop me cycling and I was laughing minutes later. Second was my recent dooring which was much less fun, but that still would have been mostly fine if it hadn't been for the railings along the pavement - stupid things!
