Are you counting turn signals and cheery waves, or just swears? If the former then lots, if the latter then never. An occasional questioning shrug maybe...
Depends on the time of day, driver behaviour, what the weathers like, how far I've to go, if I'm coming or going, is it a driver I've the same problem with.
If we're talking about gesticulating at idiots carelessly driving vehicles, I try not to as it's largely pointless / counter productive.
But sometimes it's just an instinctive reaction and they really should have a cup of Nescafé...
Sometimes. It's usually close passes that get an outstretched arms "WTF" style enquiry. A really dangerous close pass gets a w&nker sign. Pointless really, but it's somewhat instinctive.
Seriously though, I flip a few birds occasionally when the situation requires. Most of the time i just raise my right hand with a look of disgust as if to say "What the f**k are you doing???" Sometimes followed by a small shake of my head
