I do notice that cam cyclists appear prone to testiculation - lots of arm waving while shouting bolocks.

You have to take an arm-waving profanity test and give yourself a silly name, like Congestion Robot or something, before you can buy a camera. Advanced users can hand out red cards to people they don't like, and upload it all to the internet. Really, really advanced users can get a job on the buses.
