At work I consider it a traditional requirement to utter a profanity at a minimum of every third word. (work=ship. F**king sailors eh?)
At home not often (sometimes slips out though) and not if kids are in vicinity. Though as I now have a teenage boy I could probably take lessons from him.

like a trooper...especially with people that know me, I hate that indignation people get when you swear and that boring statement of 'you don't have a big vocabulary do you?' Take great pleasure in disproving that one with maybe a choice word thrown in.

I heard my father swear once when I was 17. I looked at him with shock/horror/amazement and he turned and said "Christopher, you would make a saint swear".
