5' 3". All the best things come in small packages so i'm told.

About the same here. Was a smidgin over 5'3" years ago, but I'm sure with the shrinkage of aging that's what I will be now. Occasionally wish I was a couple of inches taller, but at least you can get good bargains on small bikes when the sales are on.

Oh no! You've just reminded me that i'm no longer a "six footer"!!!
Now only five eleven, i'm sorry to say.

I am shrinikg too no longer just over 6'1", still above 6' though so all is well. I've never wanted to be taller but am always grateful to not be under 6', a short bloke.

Mid seventies. Chat from the local bobby to us school leavers about joining the police force. End of talk. Any questions? David Craske stands up and asks: " If I'm 5'6" and wear 4 inch platforms could I still join?" ( quoting from memory, so the figures might be slightly wrong).

David Craske was always a daft bugger. He used to ring my auntie, who worked at the local telephone exchange, and shout, " Operator, operator, get off the line there's a training coming! "
