As I posted in another thread I drove instead of riding the 35-36 miles to and from work today. It would have been closer to 40 as I was planning to go across the other side of Cambridge after work but didn't. Neither did I go running this evening 6-7 miles as the clouds looked very threatening and it started raining about 30 minutes ago so I thought sod it and tucked into another big chunkie cookie. Trouble is since I got home at about 4:30pm I have been eating. Even as I write this I am grazing on granola. When I got in I wolfed down two huge cookies you know those jumbo ones Sainsburys or the Co-Op make. One has to be followed by a second. The next thing I ate was 2 bananas and some muesli with raw sugar and cold milk, mmmm, then I poured down 3 Vitality yoghurt drinks, those infuriatingly tiny bottles that just make you drink one more as they hold so little. Then a huge handful of grapes plus some more, two clementines, a yoghurt proper, a hot cross bun. Then I decided to cook tea. Two huge pork chops, broccoli and a plate full of baked beans later I still felt hungry. So I had another hot cross bun and two chocolits from a box of Thorntons (or similar such) that is rapidly emptying. Still feeling peckish I had some more muesli and another yoghurt just now. I did have lunch as well. Tomato and chilli soup, ham roll, beetroot salad with nuts and Gouda cheese followed by yoghurt drink x2. Plus I have drunk loads of water.
Normally when I get in I have a choclit frijj milkshake then a huge bowl of pasta and mushrooms but some reason didn't this evening and I'm still troffing. I feel a bit bloated but still hungry if you know what I mean. I weigh about 70kg so I don't think I am O. I blame the rain.
What do you eat when you get in?
