I'm pretty sure I read somewhere that after exercising well your metabolism can stay at an increased level for a good day or two afterwards, so it's not surprising that you still feel like you've the need to get the calories in even when you've been off the bike.
I'm 6ft and around 75-76kg but I don't eat anything like as much as you though... large bowl of cereal after cycling to work, small cup of homemade soup with a brown roll and a chocolate bar at lunch, and then a large main meal and a yoghurt in the evening. Sometimes I'll supper it with some cheese and crackers or something if I'm still peckish before bed.
The only times I get the hunger cravings like you describe is when I've not got something else to do to take my mind off it.
Having said all that, I've just polished off a bacon, sausage and egg binlid and I didn't even cycle in today... it is Friday though... and my birthday!
