When I was 56, I think I looked like a fat, hungover guy a few years younger than that.

Then I got ill and suddenly looked a lot like my dad did just before he died in his 80s.

I turned 59 recently (I was 50 in the current avatar photo) and I look older than I actually am, but at least I am now clear-eyed and slim!

My mental age randomly alternates between 20 and 70!
