I use the Eccles method - I have it writted on a piece of paper what is writted "Emergency", in a plastic cash bag in my bike bag. And I carry a Nokia brick phone with no password/security, and only 4 numbers stored on it, any of which would be suitable for emergency in case a rescuer doesn't know how to work the piece of paper.
