Unfortunately it has to be disqualified. This is clearly a recipe for creamed potatoes and not mashed potatoes.

I worked at Cadburys in the 60s when they developed Smash. I was a minion on the team but recall it arriving in 45 gallon drums which I had to empty into mixing vessels.

Do you ever steal the neeps that have been fed to sheep in winter? Like my parents used to?

We used to pinch them before they were lifted.
They are also fed to cows and a pain in the back to lift while topping and tailing into a trailer.
Been there done that.

yes, and celeriac too, and Swede / carrot mixture (needs a dab of cream and sugar adding as you mash)

We do 50:50 with normal potatoes. Very nice. Full on sweet potato I find a bit cloying
